“WOW! How refreshing! after spending 1 hour and 45 minutes in Eagle River DMV on Friday, my wife told me that UMV was open on Saturdays in Wasilla. I decided that the extra money it would cost might be worth it if I didn’t have to wait in line. When I arrived Erika came out of the backroom immediately, and asked what she could do, I got the title registered very quickly and had time to ask a few questions about other things. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question. I have to say that I am finished with the DMV! Let the others sit in 2 hour lines. The few extra dollars it costs was well worth it considering how pleasant and quick my visit was. I give UMV and Erika 5 stars!!
